CowbellGuy Trotsky RichHHey, why does John get to own the hatred of a carnival sideshow? There are many, many of us, you know. All sentient beings hate the shootout along with OTL points and southern expansion, but John had specifically called it out in an earlier post. cth95 Speaking of puking, I took the swim test shortly after eating half a pizza to get over my hangover. I wasn't a fast swimmer, but I still should have passed the test relatively easily. Instead I was getting passed by people in the next group and almost couldn't finish. Trotsky marty Trotsky Jim Hyla Kyle Rose bnr24 I read that, but listening to the whistle in person, it definitely happened after the goal was in net. It wouldn't be the first odd call all night, with 4 game misconducts awarded, some of which I still don't know what happened. His wins came, in part, from having established an environment in which winning came above all else -- or at least above child molestation, which I'd argue is a pretty damn high bar. I have to admit I don't know a whole lot about Penn State's football team, but I'd guess the assistant coach had something to do with the team's success. Aaron M. GriffinHarvard's all-time in the NCAA Tournament is 12-22-1. Cornell's record is 17-19-0. I think that difference is sufficient to indicate that Cornell is a great program, especially in comparison to Harvard's success at the same level. As much as I'd like to agree, a losing record -- even if it's in the national championship -- doesn't constitute a great program. The fact that we getby ftyuv - Hockey

Greenberg '97 OK, I've defended the "cycle" power play as long as I can. That major was the worst five minutes of hockey I've seen in my life. Seriously. Re: Cornell-Ferris State In Progress - 12 years ago
I haven't watched many CU games this year, but is this typical play for them? The keep playing the puck along the boards or behind the net in the Ferris zone. Pretty much no shots from the blueline or circles, despite what looked to be a few good lanes, especially on the PP. It's like they're afraid of letting the puck get to the middle of the ice on offense.by ftyuv - Hockey
