Here's the McCarron non-goal. Discuss. Edit: Use 720p resolution to see the puck better.

In slo-mo, the net appears to bulge.  Back in the day, they used loose netting that would snag the puck.

Actually, Brown could still take 11th place on a tie-breaker if they beat Princeton, and RPI doesn't lose to us, thanks to a better record vs the top 4.  (Brown wins a two-team tie-breaker with Princeton, but if there's a three-team tie-breaker with Princeton, Brown and RPI, Princeton wins that.)

Sure does.  I really can't make out the puck until it's already back out, but the net should not move like that from a crossbar strike.
Let's Go RED!

I guess I'm rooting for Hurt.

I lose the puck once it gets around the goalie until it pops back out. I can't tell if it is actually the net bulging, or if it is that water droplet on the glass distorting the image as the camera moves a little bit. I feel like with how it came off the bar once you can see it again it was probably just post, the ref was right on top of the play.

From where I was sitting in Section A, it looked like the puck had hit the crossbar. However, I couldn't tell whether it hit the inner part of the bar on goal side of the red line or the outer part. From the video, I still can't tell. I think they made the right call by letting play continue, but they should have reviewed it.

Upon further review, you might be right about the water droplet, but an uncanny coincidence.

I agree that it might be a water droplet and that timing is pretty incredible. Sorry for the watermark, but here's the best I could do quickly:

Edit: For what it's worth, at the moment it happened, it truly appeared to be off the crossbar, as jtn27 mentioned.

upprdeck

that looks to me like a goal. based on where the puck reapears after going towards the goal and the angle. i dont think you could get that angle off a the bar, but you could if it went under the bar.  but i suppose it could be coming at an angle more towards us than it looks.. the ref was right there he should have seen enough to know whether to review or not.

Actually looks to me like it grazed the bar, hitting the netting in the sag above the water bottle, causing it to lose a lot of momentum coming back out.
