I'm voting for CC. Think we're frustrated/due? They've been really good for a long time. Plus their fans aren't as arrogant as those damned Gopher fans. They really annoy me. I know a couple of former CC players, they're really nice guys.by RatushnyFan - Hockey

JasonN95 Wrote: And I disagree with RatushnyFan's argument. I don't think one or two more tough opponents before Xmas break is going to have you more prepared for the NCAAs. Its the season as a whole that is important and is dominated, especially down the final stretch, by conference games and there's nothing Cornell can do to alter that scheduling. While MSU and the holiday tourney are nice, I wish we could get some OOC games better than RIT and Niagara on the schedule. Blah!! Those games do nothing to get us ready for the NCAA's, putting aside whether it's good/bad from a PWR perspective.by RatushnyFan - Hockey
Question for ugarte re. Ratushny - 19 years ago
ugarte Wrote: Levitt's failure to stick in the NFL was almost as disappointing to me as Ratushny's failure to stick in the NHL. At least Payne is still playing. Do you know what happened with Dan? He did something to make people not happy. Winnipeg dumped him for a 9th round draft choice after he did well on the Olympic team. I also don't know why Pat Quinn didn't give him a chance in Vancby RatushnyFan - Hockey

Or pull a Cornell version of a Tyler Hirsch. Go to a bar and order a Grainbelt Premium beer. After paying, note that there was a special on some other quality beer such as Pabst's. Run around the bar three times while dumping the Premium on your head. Kiss a nordic babe, leave $6 on the bar, and walk out. Have your friends suspend your bar privileges for the rest of the trip. Anyone see ND/WI last night? - 19 years ago
I had not seen any WCHA games until last night. And what I saw was pretty scary if those are the #4 and #5 ranked WCHA teams. They are big, fast and skilled. Parise from ND made some phenomenal saves. The defensemen from both teams skated extremely well. Wisconsin had some big dudes patrolling on defense and I thought actually dominated much of them game but Parise stole the game. So, for aby RatushnyFan - Hockey

It may have been the first game, although I'm not positive). Ryan Hughes had 111 points after his junior season in 1992. McKee's stats (1.23 GAA, 94.5% save %, 9 shutouts) after yet another shutout are remarkably close to Lenny's from 02-03 (1.20 GAA, 94.0% save %, 9 shutouts).by RatushnyFan - Hockey
