will be a nice test..  It will be interesting to see how we deal with the injuries.

I was surprised to see that MSU didn't have more games under its belt. An exhibition game, split a pair with NMU two weekends ago and off last weekend.

Haiskanen out.  Misha Song gets the 7 slot.

Why, why pass it over when you've got tons of room to skate in and shoot?! One-timers are overrated anyway.

Good to see our power play looking so... familiar... ::rolleyes::

Iceberg

A freshman gets the first meaningful goal (hopefully of many) during this season.

Well, Barron for one certainly isn't afraid to shoot. He's let a lot of shots fly tonight

goddamit so much time on the doorstep and then we screw up and allow a 2 on 1 to go down 2-1.

this isn't a game we should be losing.

Iceberg

Make that 3-1. Rough way to the start the year.

We've had plenty of control down low, but our play at both blue lines has been dreadful. Lots of fumbled pucks.

Spartans have no offense but our turnovers and they've cashed in 3 out of 4. Meanwhile we've got a team that doesn't seem able to generate a look good enough for them to want to take a shot.

And as I type MSU takes a shot that nobody on Cornell would be willing to take and Galajda's done for the day down 4-1.

About the worst period of hockey in recent memory.

Apparently Cairns would too.

Heckuva a short. That's apparently what Edmonton saw when they drafted him.

We are on a theee game losing streak going back to last season. Exhibition games excluded.
