Quote from: TriggerI've got two more additions:

Joe Deven is playing with the South Carolina Stingrays (ECHL)

John McCarron is playing with the Florida Everblades (ECHL)

Deven is actually the Stingrays captain.

Let's Go Red!

Thanks, done

It's Devin, actually.

Bruins' Riley Nash scores the second goal Weds. 11/29 as Bruins go up 3-0 on Tampa Bay, hold on for 3-2 win. Nash gets a shout-out from Kenny Albert for an all-round good game.

One change coming:

"The Buffalo Sabres today announced that forward Matt Moulson will be placed on waivers at noon for the purpose of assignment."

0 points in 14 GP with Buffalo this season. If he winds up in Rochester (AHL), he still gets paid his full NHL salary.

I suppose this is as good a place as any...

Watching the US vs Canada women's exhibition tonight on NHL Network/TSN.  Final was 2-0 Canada, with both goals scored by Cornell alumnae.  Jill Saulnier scored the first and Laura Fortino followed up with the empty netter.

Kind of hard to root against the USA, but with 5 Cornellians on Team Canada...

In women's hockey I'm all in for Canada

Yup.

1. Cornell
2. Anybody but the US and Canada
3. Canada
4. Am I forgetting someone?

Ben Scrivens gives up quickest goal to start a KHL game....but still wins

Quote from: Yahoo SportsThough rumours of the league potentially not allowing players to participate in the upcoming Olympic Games in South Korea continue to swirl, Scrivens will likely get the nod as Canada's No. 1 goaltender to start the [Olympics] tournament should KHL players remain eligible. In 144 NHL games with the Maple Leafs, Kings, Oilers, and Canadiens, Scrivens authored a 2.92 GAA with seven career shutouts.

It was tipped off a defender's stick.
