Re: Coulter v. Olbermann: The Real Cornell - 15 years ago
sah67KillerScersk '97DeltaOne81Wow. I already thought that Ann Coulter is one of the lowest, poor-excuses-for-a-human-being, more like cow dung than actual intelligent life, things on the planet... but she still managed to shock me by dropping even lower. Can't someone go back and check her swim test result? Anything—anything—to dissociate her from our fair alma mater. She probably passed.by Killer - John Spencer Is Dead

More good press for Bitz in today's Globe:by Killer - Hockey
Bitzy Cat? - 15 years ago
Here's an excerpt from today's Boston Globe mentioning Bitz: After his recall Jan. 10, Byron Bitz appeared in 23 straight games for the big club. The rookie right wing netted two goals against Florida Feb. 24. He took on Washington's Donald Brashear, one of the NHL's premier heavyweights, Jan. 27. He's drawn attaboys from Julien for being a hard-to-play-against widebody who, because of his wilby Killer - Hockey

I was bummed (though not surprised, given the trades and talk of the last couple days). I got invited to my first Bruins game last night (luxury box, no less), and it would have been nice to see Bitz out there. Alas, it was not to be...nor was the offense for the Bruins. Well, maybe I'll get lucky and get another chance.by Killer - Hockey
Re: Cornell 3 RPI 0 Postgame - 15 years ago
Al DeFlorioSwampyYeah, but also consider Al's comment. That Doug Ferguson still holds so many Cornell records for scoring, given not only the great players on his team but also the great players who followed him over the next 40 years, speaks volumes about what kind of tremendous player he was. He was hardly a one-dimensional thug. Give me a center who can score 27 goals and hand out 34 assists (aby Killer - Hockey
Re: Pink Uniforms for Late February - 15 years ago
Do we know what the pink uniform status is for next weekend? Will we see Yale in their version on Friday? How about Brown on Saturday, or are they also getting to opt out on Senior Night?by Killer - Hockey
Re: Cornell vs BU at MSG -- november 28, 2009 - 15 years ago
BeeeejJosh '99Excellent news, though I really wish that if they felt an overriding need to come up with a tagline (as they apparently seem to do), they'd come up with something better than "Red Hot Hockey". Such as? Isn't it obvious: SCREW BU!by Killer - Hockey

sah67KillerI have to start typing faster, find a way to delay your feed, or just stop posting. The IJ liveblog is a few seconds ahead of the Redcast feed...at least I know when to pay attention for a goal At least tonight I'm hearing the RPI audio and seeing LiveStats pretty much in-synch. Some nights the audio has been nearly a minute behind, and I even see posts on eLynah before I hear thby Killer - Hockey
Re: RPI 0 Cornell 4 (2nd) - 15 years ago
Anyone know who's in goal for Q tonight? I just did the calculation, and Pisellini's 608 minutes represent 33.6% of Q's goalie time. He should finally disappear from the leader board after tonight.by Killer - Hockey

Jeff Hopkins '82 That is just horrific. I agree. Any games televised with teams wearing these jerseys should be done so in black & white, as a service to the viewers.by Killer - Hockey
