Re: New Lynah Photo Slideshow - 17 years ago
RichHREDhead The idea of section C reverting to a student section seems to have been abandoned. And I'll reiterate my opinion that if this is true, Athletics really blew it with regards to this. It was one of the things I was most looking forward to with the reconfiguration. My guess is they didn't want students over the tunnel where words and objects could be exchanged in front of the preby Chris '03 - Hockey

Re: Lacrosse recruits - 17 years ago
ugarteThis will rank among the more useless posts in eLynah history (and that is saying a lot) but,,, While walking around campus on Tuesday night I strolled past Schoellkopf and heard a practice going on. University of British Columbia- NCAA Member? - 17 years ago
While looking (without success) for more info on All-Access, I stumbled upon this piece by Elliot Olshansky (Dartmouth '04 & the guy who called Cornell's home fans the best in the country last year): It's about the potential bid by the University of British Columbia to join the NCAA and play D-I hockey. New Changes to Selection Criteria - 17 years ago
CHN (well, Adam) reports on a bunch of changes to the NCAA selection criteria (http://www.collegehockeynews.com/news/2006/09/04_committee.php). Among the highlights: - RPI criteria (win %, opp win %, opp opp win %) now 25/21/54 instead of 25/50/25. - Only top 25 in RPI will be TUC (not teams with RPI over .500) - Winning conference tourney doesn't make you a TUC - TUC comparison only kicks inby Chris '03 - Hockey
All Access Fee - 17 years ago
After receiving this email, I went to check out the "new and improved" platform to find a slew of broken links and no All Access page. In reviewing the FAQ's I noticed that the service will now cost $15/mo or $99/yr! That a far cry from the $40 I remember paying last year for crummy service. Maybe the new security still allows users to be logged in on multiple machines at once... whby Chris '03 - Other Sports
