Jim Hyla ursusminor Jim, Since, you always seem to get this on 1 January, is the 2021-22 non-travel partner ECAC schedule available for next year? No, I haven't been able to get it yet. That's too bad since it holds more interest for fans of 8 ECAC schools this time of year than it usually does.by ursusminor - Hockey

upprdeck except almost none of the hockey team lives on campus.. and many were not taking classes in person .. testing random kids once a semester when 80% of your kids live off campus is not really gonna catch much.. then add in all the parties that have been going on it is gonna catch up with them at some point. As expectedby ursusminor - Hockey

I suspect that only RPI and Union will follow. The other four have released something.by ursusminor - Hockey

Re: ECAC Schedule - 3 years ago
Trotsky Cop at Lynah The split divisions make travel easier, especially because many schools may still have travel restrictions for their athletic teams. For example, they may not allow overnight trips. ECAC games may be played home-and-home with one team in the pair coming and going home the same day each night. LOL Princeton. 0xxxx and 1xxxx Zip Code Divisions would be more appropriatby ursusminor - Hockey

osorojo How about a "Hockey Lite" League where the whole GAME is 3-on-3? Fans who who prefer watching scoring rather than playing would be thrilled, hockey teams (corporations) could reduce their employee overhead by at LEAST 40% and advertisers could tailor their ads to appeal to brain-dead consumers/hockey fans. Does anyone know what the fan reaction was when the NHL eliminated theby ursusminor - Hockey

Dartmouth's Shane Sellar will play for RPI in the upcoming season, assuming that there is an upcoming season, as a grad transfer. He has shown up in the RPI directory. He wouldn't have been eligible at DC for the usual Ivy reason. Edit: He must have impressed the RPI staff a couple of years ago .by ursusminor - Hockey

ursusminor marty ursusminor It's not clear to me how this affects simulations, but Cornell suffers from having to play mediocre competition in the ECAC. Clarkson isn't bad, but after that -- blah!
