Turning the tide for Trotsky

Iceberg

Clarkson has been having a down year, to say the least. However, Cheel has always been a challenging road venue so anything can happen

And don't eat the pizza.

They could chance it coming back from Canton.  It's the second night with a month until the next game.

I know it's the North Country, but I would hope the team would be able to find a better dining option than Pizza Hut, irrespective of what happened two decades ago.
Is next year here yet?

There are decent restaurants in each town.  But don't sit with your back to the window.

Four-hour bus ride... yeah, I wouldn't.

According to my data which TBH I trust more than Cornell's, Saturday will be our game 2200.

It's still there.

Edit: maybe not: it's a Verizon now.  Yes, there is a reddit thread devoted to repurposed Pizza Huts: https://www.reddit.com/r/FormerPizzaHuts/

Lots of day cares.  Yikes.

Meta-edit: ambiguity resolved: "Former Pizza Hut in Canton, NY. A new Pizza Hut was built in same parking lot. Notice that shutters were used to square up the original windows."

It was great to see the newspapers going at MSG! Felt like I was at Lynah

I was impressed at the size of the crowd at MSG—looked like a true sellout-but the energy was lacking. Very little noise from either fan base, but most of what I heard was from the BU fans. Almost no Connell cheers or chants. The event has become a major alumni social event with a hockey game going on in the background.

45 seasons and I still have not caught candy.  You have thrown it directly to me at least a dozen times.  A couple times little kids pulled the dog frisby theft.  The rest I fumbled.

If you were expecting frequent Lynah-like chants, that just doesn't happen with the larger-but-less-fanatical fan base at MSG games. But the Cornell fans present were plenty loud from where I was sitting, and the section nearest the pep band certainly tried to get some of the standards going. (The pep bandie reading his "your [blahblah] called" rant from a script on his phone didn't quite have what it takes, and was oblivious to the need to pause for other noise, but I admired the effort.)
