This. Gotta have faith, guys. We may never be a true "powerhouse" team, but years such as this one have proved that we can hang with them. Trust in the process and the recruitment. Things always work out.

So depressing. That was the opportunity to finally break through. Three years straight having our years ended by ultra-skilled teams with 13+ draft picks.

The one draft pick who mattered most was their mid-year mercenary goaltender; without him we win that game hands down. Welcome to college sports 2025. Given the changing landscape, even in "minor" sports like hockey, it's fair to wonder what our long-term outlook may be for staying nationally relevant.

Also there was one goal scored which was a real star goal.  We have no one who could have scored bu's second goal. That was crazy.
