Yeah, didn't look like much of anything, but I'm still pissed about the call against Walsh. As they just said during the intermission, a little "common sense" was in order.

Who fucking cares about the clock.

It's easier to kill a penalty when the penalty time is split across periods. Plus you get the center ice face-off to start the period which can kill off an extra 30 seconds.

I started to write this response earlier, until I realized dafatone was talking about the refs going over and looking at some video to check the proper time remaining on the clock with a minute or whatever remaining

I was just angry about yet another review. I figured the clock was off by 3 seconds and they were gonna spend 3 minutes worrying about it.

But they were off by 30 seconds. Yeah you gotta fix that.

If you're talking about the major I think they did challenge. The "official's review" label seems to just mean "the officials are reviewing the play" regardless of whether it was a coach's challenge.

i just rewound back to look for that slash penalty.   Definitely a makeup call IMO, nut I'll take it.  Seemed like not much of a hack.
