Impressive that Riley is getting playing time in 3-on-3 OT

With Rick Nash getting traded to Boston, I'm eagerly awaiting to see how they handle his and Riley's jersey nameplates.

Old Nash - New Nash?

Old Nash - Young Nash?

Joakim Ryan just scored his third goal of the season to put San Jose up 1-0 on Minnesota.

Riley Nash, Rick Nash
Tiebreaker goes to the third letter of the first name. How do you fit that on the jersey? Princeton made Glockner-Zellner (sp) fit in the middle 2000s.

Riley Nash had a big game tonight as he scored his 11th of the season (a new career high) with 3 seconds left in the 1st, and then picked up another overtime assist by setting up Charlie McAvoy for the GWG. Riley now has 30 points in 59 GP this season.

Riley had a good interview on NESN after the game.

Riley with yet another assist on a GWG in OT (his 2nd assist of the game) as Boston tops Detroit 6-5 in a wild one.

Riley Nash with another goal (his 13th) last night in the Bruins' win over Philly. Riley now has 7 pts (3g, 4a) in his last 5 games.

Riles seems to have really picked it up.  Is he a fan favorite?  Is he being given a higher profile and more TOI?

With Patrice Bergeron injured, Riley is now centering a line with David Pastrnak and Brad Marchand.  So, for the moment, he's the 1st line center.
