We have now passed the halfway point in the worst stretch of the year, the annual December Coma.  It is 12 days since the last game and 9 until the next.  This year's is at least atypically brief.

Intervals and results of last game before and first game back, below.  Odd that recently we have gone into so many breaks with ties.

It's been a while since we won one after going in with a tie. I think it's time!

I just want the break to end, particularly with the recent breakthroughs in hockey anthropology.

Next we'll see a story claiming they communicate better than dolphins .
"When we came off, [Bitz] said, 'Thank God you scored that goal,'" Moulson said. "He would've killed me if I didn't."

Thanks.

Everyone is fully healthy, yay!

Just in case anyone is confused by the lack of video mentioned on "Cornell Men's Hockey Game Notes", The Florida games are on America One. They have a video link on the Cornell Big Red event schedule, the same one is on the ECAC site, and I've copied it here. If I remember correctly from years past, the $10 fee is for the day, and not per game. So maybe you can get both of today's games for $10. Anyone else remember if that was true?

If the 7:35 is not a hard start time, Maine beat Princeton quickly and a 1-hour gap would put the start at around 7:10.

is there free audio available anywhere? for some reason the audio isn't on the ivy league site for tonight

WHCU streaming may be broken tonight. I have attempted to connect three ways with no luck.

Make that four tries on three different types of devices.
