Faceoffs 16-9 favoring Cornell.

This has been an impressive back-to-back games of dominating performances in the tournament. Too bad the Final Four next weekend isn't going to be back at Byrd.

So with a minute left and a 10 goal lead I'm willing to risk jinxing it :)... Anyone know the story for Phily tickets? I can still get them on TM but will Cornell get a number?

dbilmes

Just got an email from Cornell selling tickets for weekend for $110.

The Linc seats 65,000.  With no Maryland schools, I think there'll be seats available.

That fourth quarter was hilarious. Ohio State didn't want to try and Cornell decided that was OK. I want to see two unseeded Ivy teams in the final four.

typically even at the most well attended final four games, there are always seats available at the stadium on game day. Also, since most fans don't attend both games, it is fairly easy to move around even if the game is reported as near sellout. You also don't get stuck holding Monday tickets if you decide not to go on championship day. Cornell's ticket offer is for both games

The Cornell offer is for the whole weekend of games:
QuoteReserved seating in the Cornell section (TBA): $110. Includes: Div. I semi-finals on Saturday, the Div. II and Div. III finals on Sunday, and the Div. I final on Monday. Individual session tickets not available.

Ill-advised shot by a Yale kid with about three minutes left was saved and turned into Syracuse's fifth goal, opening the door for the comeback.

Here's the stat that I love:  At the time that Cornell scored its 16th goal, (The) OSU only had 16 shots.

There was something eerily familiar about that game.  I can't quite put my finger on it. ::bang::

In one of the women's hockey games this year Cornell finished with more goals than the other team had shots on goal.
