ugarte 26 takes a big hit to the head, which draws blood... and a 5 minute major. Seems like a weird call tbh. The contact was awkward but didn't seem remotely intentional or even particularly the fault of the Princeton player. Big deal in a tie game with 11 minutes left. Big deal until we decided to basically just pass it around up by the blue line for 5 straight minutes.by CU2007 - Hockey

French Rage Trotsky Weder ugarte Chris H82 I live in Big Sky Conference land (Montana), so I've heard of Sacramento State. They are a good team. And Stanford is not supposed to be a good team this year, so it's not much of an upset. It is still a huge upset! "Bad for the Pac-12" should still blow the doors off of Sac State. Speaking of the Big Sky, gotta love that Portland State has boby CU2007 - Other Sports

Weder I have no idea what to make of this video, lol, but it’s worth noting that it looks like the team will have players’ names on the jerseys for the first time in a very long time. Lol wow that is … somethingby CU2007 - Hockey

arugula Seriously though, kind of the inverse of your point, as a Rangers fan, it took me a while to warm up to Fox. Helps that he's great, local, and seems like a very decent guy. I don't recall being all that impressed with him at Sucks, but then I tried not to watch too much and we were pretty pretty good then. I hope Travis is traded from the Isles so I don't have to root against him. Unby CU2007 - Hockey

Trotsky CU2007 Love the undergrad enthusiasm, but please spend most of your energy saving the traditions COVID ruined, rather than inventing new things. Why doesn’t the student section sing after “Gary glitter” 2nd intermission anymore? Stop. upprdeck Playing thurs-sat. I wonder how that messes with attendance? Its one thing to get out on Thursday to play friday but now people may have to miss 2-3 days of work to watch this thing. Putting an off-day in the regionals was the worst possible idea anyone could have come up with.by CU2007 - Hockey

Sorry, I don't follow you. I celebrate my 25th reunion this summer. I can assure you I know all about our traditions. And I agree with you that they should be kept alive. BearLover CU2007 Love the undergrad enthusiasm, but please spend most of your energy saving the traditions COVID ruined, rather than inventing new things. Why doesn’t the student section sing after “Gary glitter” 2nd intermission anymore? I think it’s because the band starts playing too early now. Re: Harvard hockey in the news - 1 year ago
Swampy Iceberg dbilmes Now The Athletic has a long article (paywall) about problems in the Harvard women's hockey program. It will be interesting to see if Harvard continues to stand by the coach. This type of publicity won't hurt the overall image of Harvard, but it's going to make recruiting players for the women's hockey program more of a challenge. Here's an excerpt: Over the last month, Thby CU2007 - Hockey
