Re: Alumni in the Pros - April 2016 - 8 years ago
billhoward sah67 Colin Greening had 2 goals in Toronto's 4-3 loss to Florida tonight. Toronto and five other Canadian NHL franchises won't make the playoffs. Only Montreal is in. Happened in 1973, too. Montreal isn't in.by CU2007 - Hockey

Trotsky According to USCHO, SLU loses junior Christian Horn to the pros. I had never heard of him. He was 4-9-13 in 30 GP of SLU's 37. Must be more to that story, leaving college voluntarily to play in the SPHL doesn't add up.by CU2007 - Hockey
Re: Lake Placid Attendance - 8 years ago
Albany is great. Nice rink, lots of hotels, bars, restaurants in the vicinity of the rink. Seems to be somewhat the geographic center of the league, though I'm sure some other place with a decent rink is more central (Bridgeport? Hartford?) Wonder if a potential RIT addition might make somewhere like Syracuse, Binghamton or even Elmira more viable.by CU2007 - Hockey

redice jkahn marty Yes, I'm with Jim, there is no NESN on Time Warner. Tim, Al? Anyone? You need a bar that has the Directv Sports Pack. Does anyone which bar that might be, in Ithaca? I didn't realize that TWC Does not even offer NESN. Shame on TWC... I'd call the Fall Creek House or Uncle Joe's if I were you.by CU2007 - Hockey
