Didn't deserve a new thread, but an article about Riley Nash. Doesn't say anything exciting.by ebilmes - Hockey

Thank you, thank you, for doing this. As always, winning is key, but it's fun to look at the details. We've moved up around 9 spots in PWR since the Florida tournament; let's keep the momentum going.by ebilmes - Hockey

I think it's amusing to read the whole seven pages of instructions, but this can't possibly be a surprise to anyone who knows anything about the Cornell Greek system. Every house does this to some extent.by ebilmes - John Spencer Is Dead

There's a good amount of Cornell stuff on Puck Daddy this week: Personally, I'm not too bullish on the team at this point. I disagree with some of the posters on here who thought we played even with (or even better than) NoDak this weekend. They were a significantly faster team, but that didn't mean they were a bunch of wimps whom we could throw around the boards. They won most battles for loby ebilmes - Hockey

Our old friend Goon, who posted a few times when we played in Grand Forks last year, had this to say: I watched the game on the internet tonight Kudos to Cornell their internet broadcast was top notch. That being said, this is too bad because this was one of the most boring games that I have watched in at least the last three years. It was a slow, ugly game, and neither team looked good brinby ebilmes - Hockey
Postgame - 14 years ago
This was a really, really nice win. You could tell in the first period that we just didn't have much energy or strength. It seemed like we lost every board battle, and the puck was in the Cornell end most of the time. It looked like B. Nash, Jillson, and D'Agostino were some of the players who were spared the illness, since they played with a good amount of energy tonight. How many times thisby ebilmes - Hockey

Re: Other Scores, Jan 8-10, 2010 - 14 years ago
Clarkson beat and tied Huntsville this weekend. Robert Morris, which earned a split with Q back when Q was good, beat #1 Miami on Friday. SLU(t) lost to Niagara last night. For purposes of comparison, Wisconsin beat the U-18 team 7-1. Iles didn't play. Q finished their zero point weekend by losing 2-1 in OT to Union.by ebilmes - Hockey

Ok, so who was this... The four guys in the corner wearing red and white break out in shouts and applause, and I don't have to turn around and look at the television to know something has happened that I won't like, but I do anyway. Sure enough, Cornell has taken a 3-2 lead against my beloved Wildcats, and I heave a sigh. One of the Cornell guys comes up to the bar shortly thereafter to orby ebilmes - Hockey

mnagowski ebilmes For those of you wondering whether the team might look any better at UNH: Cornell left Florida at 4:30 a.m. Thursday, was scheduled to practice in Ithaca on Friday before leaving Saturday morning on a six-hour bus ride to Durham, N.H.
