Jim Hyla ebilmes Since this forum is now for the women's team as well... But "Error 404 - Not Found" and since I don't have a clue as to what to look for, I can't even search the site for the page. Sorry. Bizarre that they deleted her from the site.by ebilmes - Hockey

Potential women's hockey recruit - 13 years ago
I hope she's on our radar. Her parents are vet school grads. After a July tournament, Pankowski found coaches from the University of Vermont, Colgate and Brown waiting to talk with her -- on the first day of NCAA-permissible player contact -- about their schools' hockey programs.by ebilmes - Hockey

Nash - 13 years ago
Staal and Riley Nash come in with prospect camp experience and it showed as they were the two that really stood out during the four day camp. Also some comments and pictures about Nash here, and also some misinformation about his relation to Rick Nash.by ebilmes - Hockey

jts15 More speculation on Nash... I think the more realistic attitude is seen in other recent stories about Nash, which have expected him to compete with several other Canes prospects for the two open spots at center. As much as it would be nice to see him jump straight into the third line, I think that's a little ridiculous.by ebilmes - Hockey

This seems to hint that Riley wasn't crazy about playing in Oklahoma City, but maybe Albany would be a more attractive AHL team for him.by ebilmes - Hockey

Some more quotes from the Canes management here: Ronnie (Francis) had talked about Nash earlier in the year when he saw him play,” said Rutherford. “I had talked to Edmonton about moving him but they didn’t want to until today, so this is something we’re excited about. It gives us some more depth at center.” “He’s a very good center with creativity,” said MacDonald. “He’s got very goodby ebilmes - Hockey

Riley Nash (CAR) - 13 years ago
Boston and Montreal may be interested in trading for Nash. Riley seems unlikely to end up with Edmonton. Note the point that whatever the Oilers receive for Nash would have to be more valuable than the 51st overall pick in the 2012 (they say 2011, but I assume it's 2012) draft, since that's what they'll receive if Nash doesn't sign with them by August 15, 2011.by ebilmes - Hockey

Busy people must necessarily prioritize their time commitments. Certainly those of you who set aside a few minutes (or many more) each day to read the latest Cornell hockey news and commentary have made Cornell hockey fandom a priority. So have all of you who dedicate weekend nights, vacation days and frequent flyer miles to following the team you love. As Mitch and I noted in our final columnby ebilmes - Hockey
