Gene Nighman is going to send out an email about the "sea of red" before friday night's game.  We'll see if it works, might as well give it a try.

We should maximimize the Red and "Let's Go Red" as much as possible on Saturday.  It will impress any potential recruits watching on TV to see that Cornell fans really back their team, and, of course, the team will appreciate the support.

i like what happened at the hahvahd yale football game previously. i think it was this past year. colored cardboard (?) was handed out to the fans in the section and they were told to hold it up... it spelled we suck. and of course it was the hahvahd fans that fell for it :)

I think it was NFL FILMS PRESENTS that did a recent show on college football (or maybe it was on the fans) and had "The Game" featured and the video of the Hahvahd fans holding up the "We Suck" boards. It was late at  night and I was channel surfing when I saw the segment. Quite an amazing feat.  I hope I can catch the episode being repeated some time soon.

First, when in formation for the Texas tech logo, the band dropped grass seed for a different color of grass than grows on the field. Over the next few weeks, the Texas Tech logo grew on the center of the A&M field. A&M is furious. Flash forward a few years and the Tech band drops salt on the field, killing grass in the shape of their logo.

That's much more hilarious than a burrito in the Yale Bowl.

Not that I know anything about that ::whistle::

i dunno, i was at that harv-yale game last year and it was almost impossible to see that the sign said "we suck." i was directly across the stadium too. it looked like "the game." there is some major photoshopping on the posted pics, but i dont know about the video.
I've noticed at Penn State, there is always a push to "white out" the student section during home football games and they do an amazing job (including getting a black "S" formation in the crowd).
black? really? penn state is navy and white...

just thought i'd mention it...

I've heard of "people" that buy "Taco Bell grande meals" with 10 "burritos." One time there was an "extra" burrito. There may have also been a "halftime show" on the "field." There was no longer a problem of an extra burrito.

Well, at least it wasn't "our" problem anymore. The "Yale Band" had more difficulty with it however.

And if "we" had, "it" certainly "wouldn't" have "involved" "peeing" on "law libraries" at "other" "Ivies."

It feels rather weird that the Toothpaste school is calling for a "White out" night. Pretty soon, they are going to have "No Cavities" night too!
