This week, the football pregame show for tomorrow is listed as starting at 12:50 instead of 12:30 and there is currently no indication that there will be video... ::rolleyes::

Could they not get students to run the cameras over fall break like they couldn't get anyone to run stats vs. Bucknell? I'd expect a video link to accompany the "listen" link on the main page as a means to attract subscribers. Has this "service" gone this far downhill this quickly?

Also, anyone want to guess when the webcast will actually start? I'll say 1:38 PM with about 3 minutes to go in the first quarter.

Still no video link for the Harvard game, but the "missing" first period of the Bucknell game is included in the video archives.

I was just going to ask if by video you mean an ad, but then the H band overpowered the pregame show....

OK, so I spoke too soon. It's now audio accompanied by a nice little slide show of the Harvard Band  ::yark::

"Ten thousand men of Hahvahd, nine thousand are..."

EDIT: And now it's not working at all. Sweet.

Working fine for me right now. Seems they got it pretty close to right. Except you can't hear the pregame show over the band. that's worth a minor email.

is it me, or no gametracker???

The audio link appears to be only the pre-game.  Of course, during the stated pre-game period, it never worked.

To get the game audio, you need to click the video link.  The video is a series of frames at 2 second intervals.  Vintage 1890's Edison nickelodeon technology.  But it's up.  Beggars and choosers, or somesuch...

I thought I wasn't the only one to have problems. I have a nice little image of Harvard's QB about to get a snap in the shotgun. From 3 series ago. I called CSTV and after 30 minutes of suggestions, he said "My hands are tied. I have told you everything I know." Awesome.

Mine's a bit choppy but nothing like you're describing.  Maybe you should shut it down and log in again.

I'm only checking in periodically but it's smooth on my end save for a little choppiness. Nothing like what you describe.

17-0 Red now. Anyone else reminded of the '00 game in reverse?

Trotsky

Mine is actually close to realtime.  But it is discrete frames, never continuous.
