We have to limit our blame at some point. Unless you want to argue that cheer should never be done, then 7 minutes left in the 3rd seems perfecty appropriate to me. Its one thing to pull out the 'game over' chants/keys in a 1 goal game or with 4 minutes left, but its a different (and appropriate) to remind a team they've been impotent so far.

Never do the "... and you can't score" cheer with more than a minute left.  That's just inviting a heaping, steaming plate of crow.
