Ooh - sucks to be that guy.  Not quite as bad as say, missing an extra point to LOSE a game, but still...
Let's Go RED!

I think the announcers said the Jets won two playoff games in a row in 1983.

Scores from around the league:

Cornell 2, RPI 0, end 1
SLU 3, Clarkson 0, end 1
Dartmouth 0, Vermont 0, mid 1
Colgate 1, Union 0, end 1

UNH 2, Yale 0, late 1

I think that play was something like a 2 on 1 for Cornell, with a delayed PP against RPI, but the extra man jumped on the ice before McKee got to the bench, leading to a too many men against us? Apparently they're being strict about that this year???

Or I'm totally off.

Edit: Right Jeff, wouldn't that have been a too many men? It wasn't apparently, but they blew it dead anyway. I'm very confused. Or perhaps the RPI broadcasters are just full of B.S. and if was just offsides.[/q]

I think there are special provisions in the rules where if you substitute early for the goaltender, it's just a whistle and not a too many men penalty.

And Cornell now goes down 5x3 AGAIN (O'Byrne crosscheck).

kaaren, the feed is fine.  Try rebooting your whole system.
