Quote from: Jim HylaOk, I need help. I'm bringing down a couple of SU grads for the game tonight. We'd like to eat somwhere convenient to get to the rink, where we can watch the beginning of the SU-ND basketball game. It starts at 6 PM, so I figure we can see the first half-hour, or so, of their game. So food, convience, and TV with SU bball ae the requirements. Any suggestions?
Chapter House.
Thanks, I always think of C'town but hard to get in and out. This is better, between this and my iPhone, we're Ok.

The Chapter House hasn't served food in a really long time. Or is my sarcasm filter just busted?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think The Chapter House has food anymore, other than awesome popcorn.  I would suggest Ruloff's or CTB, which are even more convenient to the rink.  And getting even closer, I'm pretty sure you can get food in the Regent Lounge at the Statler hotel as well, and they have TVs around the bar.

This is my opinion only if Harvard sucks, which I neglected to mention.

Thanks, the Regent Lounge seems the best idea yet. Especially if no food at The Chapter House. Having graduated in '67, how do I know? But I called the Regent, the game will be on, we can park first and walk to the game later. Everyone's happy.

Thanks again, I knew I could count on all of ya.

I highly recommend the Regent's onion rings with chipotle sauce. They may also have Rogue Dead Guy on tap. All in all, a very underrated place to go before a game.

Mmmm, Rogue Dead Guy is good stuff.  Double Dead Guy is even better.

So much material voluntarily given to us for the next time we play Hahvahd, its like SUCKS wants to be heckled.

Sucks and Dartmouth skated to a tie last night.  A Cornell win against Yale on Feb 11 would clinch an outright Ivy League title.

Did you actually waste almost fourty minutes watching videos about Hahvahd? They're worth, at best, 5 minutes of my time.

I doubt he watched "fourty" minutes. ;-)

On another note, this article was just posted to the ECAC website. I am happy that there is still room for honesty in journalism:

No I didn't, but there's definitely at least a few embarrassing moments to exploit the next time we play SUCKS

Harvard really does have a spectacular record of fail in the Beanpot.

Since 1999 they are (1-12) in SFs.  Needless to say they lost their only final in that span (in 2008).  1-13 .071 in title-contention games.  Nice job, boys.
