Actively prohibiting you from drinking water in AZ might be a crime.

QuoteIf a person or business places someone in a specific dangerous or hazardous situation that they directly caused, a legal duty to render aid may apply.

I know every restaurant here always provides free water to any person (non-customers especially) who asks.  It is not a statute, but to not do so would be commercial suicide.

Water is life.

And can we finally stop with the paramilitary fondling in sports and society in general by The Usual Suspects?  That derp has its time and place, I suppose in exceptional situations, but the rest is goosestep cosplay.

Like I said, somebody should go to prison.

This is stupid. He collapsed during a workout that is very commonly done. Yes, everyone should learn and always give kids water and enough rest during workouts, but nobody needs to be arrested or executed.

If you live in a state where you need to have heatstroke protocols, and you're doing strenuous workouts in heat, and you logically know some of your kids aren't adjusted to it...

Especially if the allegations of denying kids water are true, that's strongly pushing this into criminal negligence/neglect territory.
