If you trust CHN's xG stat, then Clarkson is a much better team than its record, at least recently. They've markedly outchanced their opponents lately. (Cornell, on the other hand, has not.)

Didn't Clarkson also give us fits in the North Country? Plus the extra motivation to beat their former coach. Tough out, but get her done.

Tonight I am expecting Wallace in the lineup, Keopple in goal, and Donaldson as the extra skater.

I'd be up for that.  Seniors really come to play on their Night.

We have the chance to put up back to back wins for the first time in a third of the season.  Good time to end The Struggle.

VIEWfromK

My kiddo said he heard the Clarkson band playing after their goals in the hilites from last night.  Could be a two band evening.

I can't remember the last time Clarkson didn't bring their band.

VIEWfromK

They didn't either last year or the year before.  It was out of character but it actually happened.  I kind of prefer it because the sound from their new location travels right around the curved roof and right down on top of us

Give My Regards

If Cornell does pull off the victory tonight, they would finish with at least one win over every league opponent.  This hasn't happened since the 2019-20 season and would only be the third time they've accomplished that since 2004-05.

I could see this happening.

Not terribly good at following "whiteout" instructions so far.

Keopple first on. Donaldson in. Wallace in. Arseneault and Gorski draw out, iirc.

Ehh. I would prefer the Faithful do what we want, not obey some dictum. We aren't RPI.
