i do not love 3x3 OT to decide a 5x5 game but i have to admit i could be convinced to watch a full game of firewagon 3x3 every once in a while. Game to 11 or something because 60 minutes of it would be boring as hell. I don't feel great about what that says about me but it's true.

Yeah. It makes for a cool sport but it's a different sport.

Agreed. It shouldn't decide a gold medal game but 3v3 is fun from time to time (and for regular season stuff I don't hate it that much). Pretty sure there's that 3ICE summer league that does 3v3 for the full game.

Anyone notice that Canada didn't exactly hustle on the backcheck. The Yanks had oodles of time to finish that goal.  Not like it was important anything.

i mean... there were only three of them, we had a 2x1 and i *still* can't believe that werenski was able to muscle free and get a clean pass across to a rushing hughes.

Yes, 3ICE is 3x3 pro hockey- it has some really good skaters. It is definitely some other kind of hockey.
