Quote from: Trotsky on November 07, 2025, 04:24:23 PMDid you except different from those peckerwoods? Cornell as an institution has been loathsome since ADW bit it.

Come the Revolution, the hockey team and the Arts & Arch, Ag, and A&S schools stay.  Everyone else goes under the blade in front of Goldwin Smith.

You really despise us engineers that much, Trotsky?

Nah, I need my tech plumbing to work.   You guys have a head start to light out to the NYC campus where you belong.

And remember, the important stuff (math and the sciences) are safe.  The bench techs just need to make a lateral move to DeVry.

ESPN has game time at 8 / Cornell website says 7.  We shall see.

Edit: no I am an idiot.  ESPN uses the user's local time and says "5" which is actually now +2 = 7, not +3 = 8, because everybody else slid their time an hour back while AZ stood still.

Gonna take a while to get used to that.

Will you people please shitcan DST already?  This is like the only thing AZ does right.

Although drive-thru liquor stores are a thing.

Did you already drive through? 😘

Don't you mean shitcan standard time and enshrine DST?
"When we came off, [Bitz] said, 'Thank God you scored that goal,'" Moulson said. "He would've killed me if I didn't."

Trotsky

True color is not kind to Andrew Gardner.

Trotsky

Long 30 seconds in penalty.  Nice.

Trotsky

Great kill including a breakaway by Walsh and then some good looks on pp #1.

Love Ashton's willingness to put it on net as soon as he gets an opening from the point on the PP. He created a couple of good rebound chances in quick succession.

The Rancor

Interesting to think of how many years, as players and coaches, that Casey Jones and Ted Donato have faced off against each other. Rivals from '87!

I don't think "Kwah-STAHG-Na" is in the pronunciation guide  :o

Trotsky

Let it be remembered that Winter Wallace set up a great chance by winning an offensive face off.

Trotsky

Lots of good looks with a man up front to screen and grab the bounce.  Charette's just been good so far.  Keep at it.
