nothing like a 5x3 to get your scoring pose back

Knowing the Cornell powerplay, my ass was clenched for a shorty.

Great fuckin game tonight. Cournoyer was wonderful in net.

Stayed out of the box. Won the game. On to the next.

literally, Greg, so don't be gross.

anyway it's a new era with new kids who can apparently score on the power play.

Great win. I thought we got outplayed tonight so I'm no longer mad about yesterday. A split is a fantastic result for a young team yet to grow into itself.

That pass from Walsh on the last goal was fantastic, instead of forcing a tough angle shot he waited and then made a great pass. Of freshmen, Cournoyer, Ryan, and of course DiGiulian impressed me a lot this weekend. Also seems like Fisher can be a very solid defensive defenseman and Veilleux a good piece on offense.

Don't count the goals before the pucks are in the net.  Great win but a ricochet and a 5X3 score don't yet prove the powerplay is fixed.

My money is that our PP % will be much better than last year but I'm so far only betting pennies and bottle caps.
"When we came off, [Bitz] said, 'Thank God you scored that goal,'" Moulson said. "He would've killed me if I didn't."

Congrats to Casey on his first win as Cornell Head Coach. Here's hoping it's the first of many.

I thought we were outplayed for the first 2 periods.  The third we were very strong.

I saw what you did on the individual players.  Ashton made some mistakes and was the only one who looked rattled which surprised me with his experience.  Geez we are big, and we play big.

Loved we didn't falter in period 6 despite so little ice training, I guess those fancy treadmills work.   :P
