Damn they kicked Jason and Tony off quick enough.  Game over fuck you go home.  Truly Bristol level consideration.

Not that it matters that much in an exhibition, but Katz did not play tonight.  Keopple played into the second, with Cournoyer taking over for him.
If you lead a good life, go to Sunday school and church, and say your prayers every night, when you die, you'll go to LYNAH!

Nice to be able to be back at lynah. It's slightly concerning that Walsh and Stanley didn't play but hopefully just rest. Both are in recent Instagram posts of practice and neither looked injured walking around the rink.

Castagna and Desantis had some good chemistry today, would love to see them continue being on a line together.

Long had a stinker today but I'll excuse it as freshman jitters.

I also was there and did not see Katz play so I feel like I'm losing my mind with all of you saying he got in there.

Also shout out to the Czech fans and team, they were all having a lot of fun out there today which is great to see

Walsh spent the whole offseason recovering from shoulder surgery so it's likely that. Don't know anything about Stanley but I would presume that's precautionary also.

Whoops...not sure how I blew that, but somehow Koepple at the start of the 2nd looked "different" to me. You're clearly right, especially now that I see Koepple's jersey number in some photos I took at the start of the 2nd.

Speaking of jersey numbers, the font seems different this year. Specifically, the "3" is a little weird.

The worst part is that prep drink.  That is truly vile, and I have had banana liqueur.

I did sutab prep, so a bunch of horse pills instead of the drink. I point blank told the nurses I'd be unable to drink that much liquid - especially if it's ill tasting, my body will just reject it. Had that experience before with DayQuil. Plus, I was already struggling to get down the liter of actual water that I needed to have with the pills. Pretty sure they're more expensive, but it was definitely worth it.

He's "only" 6'4".

The numbers looked thicker.  I liked them- easier to see on the often too zoomed out camera work, and it added more red to the home jerseys.

Player names were better sans serif.  Look was cleaner.

They switched to a new manufacturer: CCM, I believe.

It was wonderful to see Devlin back out there.  One of his second period shifts he hit three guys.  It will be nice getting a quality forechecker back into the lineup.

I know he was looking healthy toward the end of last season but I thought the Fegaras wrister was a great sign that he is over his thumb trouble.

My favourite part of the night was on the five on three to start the second when Ashton set up Veilleux for a one timer from the dot and then they swapped and Veilleux set up Ashton for a one timer from the same dot. I'm salivating at the prospect of having oh-fensive minded defenceman looking to create on the man advantage.

I'm hoping the road jerseys have been corrected.
