Tuminaro to COL with 140. (...Which the Devils traded away for 149 and 222.) First Cornellian off the board!

Especially nice for a player when a team trades up to pick you.

Goalies should always be 1, 30 or 31.

Defensemen should be single digits.  Forwards should be teens.  Either may be 20s.  The End.

This is correct. Goalie could also be 29 or 35 but that's it.

Forwards can edge down into the high singles.  Only Beliveau can go as low as four. Le Gros Bill.

Only two Cornellians drafted. Caton Ryan didn't make the cut; neither did Daniel Walters.

This, of course, proves that you can be very Good At Hockey without being drafted.

As per McNally, John Parsons (Providence goalie), selected 220th by WPG, is an Ithaca, NY native. Sat through all of the draft... and then they couldn't even find his sweater LOL.

Note: some currently uncommitted players may join NCAA teams now that they've been drafted.

Is it strange to like that CC had three players drafted? Seeing that team stink feels wrong.

Dryden was 29 in Montreal.  So no.

But I agree with your initial statement.

At least they won't be more than 25.
"When we came off, [Bitz] said, 'Thank God you scored that goal,'" Moulson said. "He would've killed me if I didn't."

If it's not an ECAC team that is historically a pain in our assholes, or one of our other Hated Rivals like BU, you're allowed to be fond and hope they do well (though obviously not at our expense).

I mean, look at me, lol.

Darien Anderson was drafted by the Rangers in the 6th round and is a Clarkson commit. CHN didn't have him on their list that I was referencing so I didn't include him in my post. Adding him now.
