Someone talk me out of doing the MLax-WIH-MIH triple header. Please.

You won't be alone!!
Makes for a fun day!

Agreed. The travel is the hard part, and you're already there. Weekends like this don't work out every year.

I think the University put out a book chronicling that weekend in March 2010 where the men's hockey team won in Albany, the women's hockey team advanced in the frozen four, the men's basketball team continued their NCAA run, and (maybe? IIRC) the men's lax team had a big early game. That was all spread out across the country.

the only way i would talk you out of this is to say "go to the basketball game instead of lacrosse. it is indoors."

I think it was:
basketball beats Wisconsin to reach sweet 16 (in Boise or Jacksonville or something)
M Hockey won ecac title over union (in Albany)
W hockey played in national final and lost heartbreaker to Duluth (in Minnesota?)
Wrestling team finished second at nationals (in the Midwest somewhere)
Lacrosse did something less memorable

But home weekends like this are exceedingly rare.

Is Schafer expected back for Saturday's game?

When is spring break?  Is there a chance at a decent student section this weekend?  Some of these first round games have not been well attended in the past.

Spring break is first week of April. The first round of prelims should be done by this weekend so I'm hopeful that it'll be a good student turnout, though all the other sports going on that day might hurt.
