The 44th Stanford Tree has been suspended from his duties as a conifer.  The article that is linked is currently not behind the WSJ paywall.  Just in case it becomes hard to access I will grab my favorite paragraph.
Quote from: WSJAdministrators this year published a 13-page index of words to be avoided on the school's websites. It suggested "ballsy" be replaced by "risk taker," "you guys" by "everyone" and "Karen" by "a demanding or entitled White woman." The language guidance has gone viral among conservatives on Twitter and in person, but on campus, rules around parties dominate the conversation.

"When we came off, [Bitz] said, 'Thank God you scored that goal,'" Moulson said. "He would've killed me if I didn't."

Does Stanford spell it "entitled White woman"? That middle capitalization is ballsy.

The "Karen" thing is self-correcting. It has been as high as #3 n the 20th century. It started the 2000s at #153, fell beyond 200 in 2009, beyond 500 in 2015, then  the last three years it was 637, 660, 831. Last year, just 325 baby girls were named Karen out of 3.7 million births, one of every 11,000 births. Stuff like the new Stanford rules make it too easy for conservatives to enjoy themselves.
