Any plan should be at the expense of the B1G and hopefully U of I will get a bit of mustard in the mix.

Before there was an internet, I remember reading something in Hockey News about a fictional hockey player that was added to a Top 100 list to embarrass the hockey writer (Stan Fischler?)

Cornell gains 10 more first place votes in the USCHO men's poll. NoDak has 11 total first place votes, with Mankato and BC each with 1. Clarkson stays at #7 and gets 666 poll points.

In the USA Today/Hockey poll, Cornell did enough to regain the #1 spot there also, but only by 3 poll points. 19 first votes for CU, 13 for UND, 2 for Mankato.

Cornell women are now the unanimous #1 in the USCHO poll, USA out tomorrow.
