The old turf has been removed, the field will be moved closed to Crescent when the new turf is laid down.  Now if we can just get the new West Stands project going....

What do you mean the Crescent never fills.  It fills once per year like clockwork.

We probably don't need additional seating on the west side.  But we also don't need a condemned West Stands sitting there. Tear 'em down and do what you're going to do with the space.

I thought that was the plan but couldn't remember the schedule.  The pic (dated March) shows the demolished stands.  Are they gone by now?

Yes, they are gone. Visiting fans on the same Crescent side isn't the best situation.  The long-term project will be able to make use of the space for new locker rooms, offices and weight training, with stands above them.
