Quote from: TrotskyMoulson (33) closing in on Kent Manderville (37) for second all-time in NHL goals among Cornell hockey alumni.  After that he'll have a little bit of work.

Player             GP    G   A   Pts  PIM
Joe Nieuwendyk   1257  564 562  1126  158
Kent Manderville  646   37  67   104   67
Matt Moulson      105   33  22    55   22
Brad Chartrand    215   25  25    50   11
Doug Murray       282    4  31    35  256

How is Ryan O'Byrne doing in catching Douglas Murray in the PIMs catagory? :-P

81 behind in PIM but far ahead in purses.

I understand that Joe was quite the gentleman...but I believe he had more than 158 penalty minutes

You are correct! 158 is his number of postseason games, which is the column next to penalty minutes. O'Byrne may be catching up to Murray, with 175 PIM, but neither are close to Nieuwendyk (677) yet.

Moulson just clanged one off the post with one minute left in the 2nd period vs the Flyers.  Should, coulda, woulda.

Speaking of which, really weird box last night.  How many times do you see guys on the same team get +4 and -3 in the same game?

Well at the rate they are going, the Flyers may sign him and throw him in an NHL game in the next week.

I clicked on the link and didn't see any article on this. Just a tweet with the same info. What am I missing?

The link is just the tweet that sources the info. To what degree you trust a tweet from a sports journalist is up to you.

It helps if you click through to the tweeter's page and learn that Darren Dreger is with TSN.
