Both teams had quite a few chances in the OT period.

The Miami player beat the D-man wide and then place a great shot in the far upper corner.

Way too much yellow (maize, gold whatever) on the ice. Not good for the eyes.

Wisconsin just killed of a penalty and keeps it at 1-0 Badgers at the end of the 1st period.

During a commercial break in the Xavier - UCLA game, the NCAA had a commercial for a DVD of highlights. Included was Holy Cross beating the Goofers. I smiled.

Gophers - Eagles now underway and BC had a very early 5 v. 3 PP, but Minnesota kills off both penalties.
