Colgate scores on a 5-3 to tie Dartmouth at 1-1 late in the first.

still 1-1 colgate & DU 12:00 or so left in the 2nd.

Clarkson / q underway. For the 1st 3 minutes, Q has carried the play, but no score yet.

Way too much yellow. I think the students got free yellow t-shirts.

Rita

Clarkson just hit the crossbar, but it bounces out. Waiting for a whistle to see the replay. Auuggh.

2nd period

Clarkson 0 v. Q 0
Minnesota 2 @ SCSU 1
Michigan 3 v. Ohio State 2

2nd intermission

Clarkson 0 v. Q 0
Minnesota 3 @ SCSU 2
Michigan 4 v. Ohio State 4

Yale 4-3 over RPI
Brown beats Union.

Union is the cellar dweller.

Other than hockey, wins for Cornell in hoops over Brown and lacrosse over Binghamton minus an OT loss in women's lax to Rutgers. Most of the other teams won.

Brown 3, Union 1 F
Yale 4, RPI 3 F
Dartmouth 3, Colgate 1 F
Princeton 4, SLU 1 F
CCT 2, Q 0 (3rd)

If my calculations are correct, a Clarkson win would set up the ECAC infinite loop (Cornell-Q tie for 4th requires top 8; RPI-gate-Yale tie for 8th requires top 4).  Let's Go Tech!

(A scrum at the end of the OSU/UM game, but no apparent penalties).

Michigan finishes 2nd and earns a first round by.
OSU hosts Northern Michigan Univ. next weekend in the CCHA playoffs.

And from the ticker
Notre Dame 2 Ferris State 0

OK, in that case, why are we sure we're in 4th?

Ask JTW ;)

but he's pretty sure based on the fact that you start doing top 5 or top 9 or something when there's a tie at the other spot.
