Tampa Bay recently bought a minority interest:

"The 2004 Stanley Cup Champion Tampa Bay Lightning have purchased a minority interest in the ECHL’s Johnstown Chiefs, Lightning Executive Vice President & General Manager Jay Feaster announced. Johnstown President Jim Weber will continue to manage the day-to-day business operations of the team, while the Lightning will control the on-ice and day-to-day hockey operations."
