Good news: After many weeks of negotiations and bureaucratic hoop-dancing, Kyle Miller, the Canadian goalie who beat cancer, is gonna get to use his fifth year of eligibility. He has been reinstated in time for tomorrow's game. His name should appear on the roster soon. The back-up goalie issue is solved, and Cornell brings an inspirational leader (I know it's a cliche but it fits) back into the fold.

Tomorrow? I didn't even realize :-D

Nice of them to avoid playing on the ECAC Championship weekend ;)

That's great to hear.  Do you know if he has been in close contact with and or practicing with the team?  I assume he has been, provided the rules allow it.  I know Fontas has been doing everything with the hockey team except for playing in games, but he hasn't used up his eligibility.

That's great news. What happened with Grossman?

Seriously, does anyone know what happened with grossman?

I have no idea. I think we'll need Hillel to answer that question. But where he is the last couple days I have no idea.

These kinds of decisions are intensely personal -- it wouldn't be appropriate to speculate even if one did know details. Grossman is still enrolled.

He was a great goalie in high school.
