I think that all here would agree with Quint and the other 2 sycophants om ESPN that 1) Corrigan should immediately be conferred with sainthood and 2)
Pat Kavanaugh should now be considered as one of the greatest sports figures in modern history.  In an unprecedented display of courage and athletic heroism, he actually (believe it or not) played with a sore hamstring.  It was critical that the tv audience be reminded of that approximately 100 times during the broadcast.
Here's to a Cornell return to the tournament next year. Just my 2 cent's advice to Connor B: next time you win the faceoff in OT, call a timeout.  Please.

Yale left it on the field on Friday.  This can only help Cornell tonite.
Big Red needs to put Friday nite in the rear view and move on quickly.  Ierlan is a seasoned vet and will come back I'm sure.  Face off and defense need to step up.  Go Big Red

Ierlan has been awful.  Not seeing anything.  Make the change

So much for predictions, though I doubt many could have forseen the throttling that Adler laid on young Coulter.  It will be interesting to see what the Princetonian clairvoyants will say should there be a rematch next Sunday.  You would have to believe that Adler has taken up residence in the poor kid's head rent-free.

Princeton with an excellent effort.  They are injury depleted and their superman scorer was completely neutralized yet they still nearly won.  Suberb effort and an all around terrific, hard fought, entertaining game.
Gavin Adler is better than all the praise he has received this year.  What a great player. He is a warrior, a rock. Should be Ivy League player of the week.  Maybe IL player of the year.

Coyle is  simply awful today.  Completely disrupting the Cornell offense.  What is with the offsides???  Trying to go one on three (two or three times)? Long needs to take control

I have not been able to find an attendance report for yesterday's game.  That was quite a large crowd at Michie which remains one of the greatest sports venues in the world. Until the plug is pulled out on the electricity for the place::bugeye::

After sleep-walking their way into a miserable loss to a mediocre Harvard team it will be very interesting to see how Cornell responds on Tuesday.  I have a great deal of faith in both Buzek and Stevens' ability to right the ship but this team needs to understand that there is no free lunch.  Marquette beat Penn State, a strong team, and Army is on a roll.  Anyone remember last year's Army game?  Cornell was never in it.
Anyone willing to comment on how the Big Red could squander such a dominant face-off advantage and turn it into a loss???  This should have been the same result as Yale/Dartmouth

Superb effort on the part of a Big Red team coming off an uninspired and unimaginative (offensive) game vs PSU.  I give unqualified credit to Connor Buzek and his coaching staff who have Cornell on a trajectory that is  simply inspiring.  CU has a coaching treasure in Buzek and he and Jordan Stevens need to be signed on for the long term.
Welcome back Mikey Long, you were sorely missed.  And with Aiden Blake showing signs of shaking off the post-injury doldrums the year is looking brighter and better particularly following yesterday's triumph.
Depth like we haven't seen in years, fantastic coaching, so much positivity surrounding this team.
Go Big Red!

The offense today reminded be of the Kerwick years.  No strategy, no focus, no concentration of attack.  Pointless poor passing around the perimeter with no evidence of a game plan or pre-conceived evidence of any real game management.  Buzek needs to regroup this week big time or bad days are ahead.  Krist cannot be the only option

Aiden Blake is missing all of his close in shots,  Gimmees.

Can anyone tell me where is Michael Long?

Princeton is at best an average team without Sowers. He is truly a great player but he is their entire story on offense.
Nobody in the country but Teat makes that pass.  Watch the replay.
As above, the Cornell D should take a look at Princeton's and learn how a game can be won through physical, relentless effort. Cornell certainly has the talent. Combine smart, aggressive D with a terrific offense and the sky's the limit.

Towson is not in the same category with Yale and Penn State.  And Towson killed itself by locking off Teat (I'm sure they saw it as the less painful option). Wonder what Shay's strategy will be. Teat was not faceguarded in the ILT championship game and he wreaked havoc on the Bulldogs.

Correcting the face-off problems is a difficult task.  Fixing the goaltending is a no-brainer.
