Cornell at Ohio State was doing all the blue-collar stuff good: GBs picked up, caused turnovers, clears. Also avoiding penalties. Except faceoffs.

One year Cornell will have a dominant FOGO and the next year the NCAA rule changes to, other team gets the ball after a goal.

Interesting, CJ Kirst is usually pretty accurate at shooting. Today, 4x14. For the season's first four games, 20x50, .400. Ohio State-game stats below. But he also has more than a third of Cornell's goals, 20 in four games.

Notre Dame, 13-12, in the third overtime. Not sure who I wanted to win. Other than the voters are probably dying for a reason to vote the Terps above Cornell. Announced attendance at Maryland, 6,001.

I watched most of the Md-ND game. Both teams are, IMO, playing on a noticably higher level than Cornell.
