I'm amazed that Chris Collins was chosen over Ryan Potulny who scored 38 goals ( the last time somebody scored 38 goals was i believe in 1997 by Todd White).by bigred06 - Hockey

Re: Cornell-Wisconsin postgame thread (post-season thread?) NCAA quarterfinals 2006 - 18 years ago
That penalty called on Mugford and the Wisonsin player really screwed us over, because it resulted in a 4 on 4 where the faster more skilled team is going to have the advantage. That obviously being Wisconsin. The refs were trying to make a statement not find a goal. In the end it was a great game and Mckee stood on his head.by bigred06 - Hockey

The remaining 12 teams are then "banded" into groups of four, corresponding to Seed Nos. 2-4. An attempt will first be made to keep teams closest to their home region, but there is an emphasis on avoiding first-round intra-conference matchups. Factors such as maximizing gate revenue, and limiting travel costs can also be taken into consideration. As a result, seeds can be flip-flop witby bigred06 - Hockey

If harvard had fans and they were deticated enough to risk being kicked out of the game couldnt he or she dress as a cornell fan then throw fish late in the third and Cornell would get a penalty? I think that rule is rediculous for that reason.by bigred06 - Hockey

Sawada has been very, very impressive the past few weeks. Scoring a lot of clutch goals and hitting everything in sight. He has really shown why the Dallas Stars chose him in the second round of the 2004 NHL draft.by bigred06 - Hockey

The penalty you are talking about was the worst call i've seen this year. Paul Martin dove to poke the puck down the ice just killing a penalty not trying to draw a hooking penalty.by bigred06 - Hockey
