The Frozen Apple - Cornell vs. Michigan @ MSG on 11/24 - 11 years ago
I know there was another thread on speculation for this happening...but since it looks like its confirmed I thought I'd start something new (I hope its confirmed at least...the image looks real but what I'm reading online still refers to rumors/leaks so it could be an eager ELynah fan with an affinity for photo shop!) If this is fully confirmed...awesome!by bigggreddd77 - Hockey

Re: Polls: Dec. 7, 2009 - 14 years ago
I don't care whether it means anything. Well I do, but that is slightly besides my point. What I'm focused on is the fact that the teams are indeed playing well and are being shown respect relative to other teams.by bigggreddd77 - Hockey
Re: Polls: Dec. 7, 2009 - 14 years ago
Does anyone else remember 3 of the top 10 in the polls (USCHO Poll that is) being from the 'EZAC'? Pretty impressive if you ask me.by bigggreddd77 - Hockey

Re: Cornell/BU Thanksgiving (11/24) Ticket Info - 16 years ago
Score! Gotta love craigslist! Section 116, Row C. Can someone confirm for me that 116 is a Cornell fan section and that Cornell will be attacking that goal twice during the game? Anyone?by bigggreddd77 - Hockey
Re: Cornell/BU Thanksgiving (11/24) Ticket Info - 16 years ago
Yeah...been there...not gonna do it...and $238 is about the middle of the road price. I was thinking of getting the whole lower level VIP box for $2,223 but decided against it.by bigggreddd77 - Hockey

Florida (JMP/Joe) Update - 18 years ago
I must admit that I haven't been keeping up on my elynah reading during this offseason, but I just got back from watching the Florida Panthers practice session. The facility is great, (its in Coral Springs, FL where I am right now for my 10 year HS reunion) and you really get to see the players up close. That being said, I was totally surprised (as I mentioned...I hadn't been doing my readiby bigggreddd77 - Hockey

Unfortunately I think being passed out in the office would result in a few too many unemployed Cornellians...by bigggreddd77 - Hockey

Awesome job Jeremy! Great crowd...and I must say that it was great to have an opportunity to play the cowbell for once...albeit using a pint glass and a knife.by bigggreddd77 - Hockey

Are you sure? I see the postings about Time Warner Central NY...but what about NYC?by bigggreddd77 - Hockey
Re: Watch the game together in NYC - 19 years ago
Looks like the big issue in all of this is that Saturday's game isn't actually being shown on TV...is it???by bigggreddd77 - Hockey
Re: Dear Uncle Ezra about the cowbell - 19 years ago
In most of the 90's it was passed down within my fraternity, AEPi. My friend Jamie Weber had the bell before Age...he actually did double duty as the Cowbell Guy AND the Skating Bear his senior year! In 1998 Jamie graduated and passed it down to a sophomore in the house who unfortunately had no rhythm and then stopped showing up to games! Thats when Age picked up the reigns.by bigggreddd77 - Hockey

I'm trying to figure it out. I had some quirky responses from the site when I was posting them last night. I'd see them listed one time...then the next time they would disappear.by bigggreddd77 - Hockey
Re: Attachments - 19 years ago
I tried twice to add attachments of pictures in a thread regarding the Cornell/Clarkson NYC happy hour and for some reason they showed up at the beginning but are not showing up anymore. It seemed kind of quirky...any idea? Thanks!by bigggreddd77 - Hockey

If/when we make it to television again I am going to pull together another similar event... Great meeting a bunch of you...and...LETS GO RED!!! Jasonby bigggreddd77 - Hockey

Also...because I was asked... The Cornell BAR Comittee is the group throwing this event...I'm a member of the committee. BAR stands for Big Apple Red (I didn't make it up! ) and is the committee that is in charge of throwing monthly Cornell NYC Alumni happy hours. They are usually held the third Thursday of every month at different bars around the city.by bigggreddd77 - Hockey
