Re: Harvard/BC - 20 years ago
I was going to say exactly the same RedAR. From some little bits and pieces on the Sucks radio games it seems to me that there is some concern there. I think Mazz is just trying to cover himself from excess criticism by deflecting it on the players (which is not the most professional way of handling it). (Was it Rich H who commented about the recent underperformance of Harvard despite having qby crodger1 - Hockey
Re: Harvard/Brown away weekend - 20 years ago
Grendel's was the pricy upstairs restaurant. Grendel's Den was downstairs, and that part still exists (with copper topped tables and all). Upstairs at the Pudding lost the lease on their space above the Hasty Pudding about the time that Grendel's restaurant (the upstairs part) closed. Now Upstairs on the Square (the expensive restaurant formerly know as Upstairs at the Pudding) is now above Grby crodger1 - Hockey

Though the thing is set up for IE, I was able to find the link to the video using Mozilla Firebird. You might try going in with a different browser and see if that helps. I found it using: which got me around the error message on the main page. __ EDIT: I also got there through opera. Mike'00, Just wanted to see whether I understood the nature of your problem. I am not one of the most computer literate people around here, though, so don't know if I'll be of much help. The steps you took were: Once you get to the i2sports page, you are following the link for CU hockey v. whoever. Re: Standing room only at Harvard - 20 years ago
I have purchased SRO seats ahead of time (by at least a couple weeks, maybe more) from Sucks in the past (before this stupid 4-pack crap). I don't think they wait until the night of the game to start selling those... but don't know if that may have changed in the last couple years. Chrisby crodger1 - Hockey
Re: Drumroll, Please - 20 years ago
Brown will be tough. On the Brown athletics website for today the lead article is "Danis Named ECAC Player of the Week; Ihnacak Named ECAC Rookie of the Week". I may be out of touch, but I didn't know that Danis was a Hobey Baker candidate. But his recent numbers are excellent - "Danis has allowed just six goals, in eight games, on 242 shots (236 saves) for a stingy 0.74 GAA, anby crodger1 - Hockey

That was Burt. Apparently he gave it to an uncle who really liked it after he graduated (remember that from some article about him I read from a UK paper, I think -- someone linked to it here). What's up with Yale's goalies... no design at all? Just plan white. UGGG-LYYYby crodger1 - Hockey
Re: Yale @ BU (7pm FSNE, 11/30) - 20 years ago
Yale 2, BU 7 final. Neither team looked all that good, really. Fields certainly looks less strong than last year, and Tim Taylor (before the game) suggested that Yale has yet to find an identity as a team (he's right about that... they are not that strong, and not that fast, just middle of the road on both, it seems).by crodger1 - Hockey

I don't believe so.
