Re: Union radio WRUC??? - 18 years ago
I've fixed the link on the free audio page (it was working a couple of weeks ago, don't know why WRUC changed their link, but it looks like they did).by JasonN95 - Hockey
Re: Cornell @ Yale Game thread - 18 years ago
I am work, so I won't be able to update the audio links page until after the game starts, but someone posted in the other thread this other Yale link: yalestation.org/media/player/?id=wybc-am:by JasonN95 - Hockey
Re: Audio for Yale-Brown? - 18 years ago
As a purchaser of All Access, I hope and expect that this will be corrected before game time. But I'll use this as an opportunity to remind others of my opponent's audio page (which can be "Plan B" for those times that All Access lets us down). www.frontiernet.net/~letsgored/audiolinks.html:by JasonN95 - Hockey

Re: All-Access Questions - 18 years ago
I *think* we'll get video when on the road at an All Access school (I didn't think to keep track of All Access schools when updating this season's audio links, though). If you look at Mich St's All Access page: ; you see that the Saturday game has a video link. Why there isn't one for Friday strikes me as odd.by JasonN95 - Hockey
Opponent's Audio Links Page updated - 18 years ago
I've updated the webpage of links to internet audio offered by Cornell opponents for the '05-'06 season. The page remains located at: <-- www.frontiernet.net/~letsgored/audiolinks.html I signed up for CSTV's All Access service, so there's a good chance I won't realize that a link is a dud unless someone emails me about it. Please feel free to email fixes to me at the address shown on thby JasonN95 - Hockey

Re: [OT] Football: Cornell 50, Georgetown 7 - 18 years ago
Another TD for Cornell. 57-7. Announcers say this ties the most points scored by Cornell ever.by JasonN95 - Hockey
Re: [OT] Football v. Georgetown - 18 years ago
Quick TD for G'town on first play. 36-7 with ~3min left in 3rd.by JasonN95 - Hockey
Re: [OT] Football v. Georgetown - 18 years ago
Another TD for Cornell after getting good field position when G'town mishandled a Cornell Punt. On ensuing kickoff, G'town returns it to Cornell 23.by JasonN95 - Hockey

And an out-of-town score that puts a smile on my face: Rutgers up 24-0 on Syracuse.by JasonN95 - Hockey
Re: [OT] Football v. Georgetown - 18 years ago
I don't recall seeing that in the past, but thisis now the second time in two-three weeks I've seen it occur (it happened last week (or the week before) in Army's game).by JasonN95 - Hockey
Re: [OT] Football: Cornell 26, Georgetown 0 - 18 years ago
The punter caught the low snap with his knee on the ground, so he's down at the spot.by JasonN95 - Hockey
Re: [OT] Football v. Georgetown - 18 years ago
More bad luck for G'town. Someone needs to explain to the Cornell announcer that when the G'town punter accepted the snap in his kneeling crouch, he's down at the spot, so Cornell "stops" G'town on 4th down and gets good mid field position.by JasonN95 - Hockey
Re: [OT] Football v. Georgetown - 18 years ago
Nothing going right for G'town. Penalty in their own endzone trying to punt. Result: Safety. 26-0.by JasonN95 - Hockey
Re: [OT] Football v. Georgetown - 18 years ago
Cornell O runs a nice screen on 3 and 12 to make a first down. Ball at <1 yard line. Pounds it in for another TD. 24-0.by JasonN95 - Hockey
Re: [OT] Football v. Georgetown - 18 years ago
Cornell D with a big stop on 4th and <1 yard at mid field. Video quality has been quite good. 1st Qtr ends with Cornell making a first down to have 1st and 10 on G'town's 26.by JasonN95 - Hockey
Re: [OT] Football v. Georgetown - 18 years ago
Another touchdown on a tremendous catch in the endzone after the defender deflected the ball up in the air. 17-0.by JasonN95 - Hockey

Re: [OT LAX] Cornell lacrosse vs. Princeton - 19 years ago
It's 12:10pm, and I can't log on, so I guess it's already full. Oh well. I'm just trying to figure out how UNC @ 'Gate was picked for today's CSTV lax game over the Cornell/Princeton game, especially given the Cornell @ Princeton game last year. If they were willing and able to get cameras and crew to Hamilton, Ithaca would have been just as easy. BTW, at 12:30pm, Lacrosse Weekly will be on CSby JasonN95 - Hockey
Re: 2005-06 Schedule - 19 years ago
Am I in Bizarro World? Are we really questioning the actions of a coach who has gotten Cornell an at-large bid three of the last four seasons? (Yes, we had two automatic bids, but Cornell had at-large bids "in its pocket" if it hadn't won the 2003 and 2005 ECACs.) And very likely would have been four of four if not for that inexplicable quarterfinal series loss to Clarkson (I may be remby JasonN95 - Hockey

Cornell championship gear - 19 years ago
Both the ivysport and ECAC shops have shirts/sweatshirts available for Cornell's championship. This one is pretty neat: It looks like it has all of Cornell's Ivy, ECAC and NCAA championships listed down the arms. My only concern is whether it has been updated with the 2005 ECAC championship (I think it must be since the description mentions the 2005 ECAC championship). Heck, I might breaby JasonN95 - Hockey
Re: "E" "C" "A" "C" ... "H" "L" ... - 19 years ago
What I've been wondering w/r/t the speculated full break from the ECAC is who "owns" the conference history/records? If the separation is made complete, will it be proper for us to talk about Cornell having 11 titles, the most in the conference, and looking for it's 12th? Second, how does the NCAA define a conference and it's continuity? Is it simply a certain number of teams need to rby JasonN95 - Hockey

predictions on ESPN.com - 19 years ago
The West regional is the only one seen as contested; we're picked by as many of the prognosticators as is Minn and Maine has the most picks. Adam apparently is trying the anti-woof tactic by picking Maine.by JasonN95 - Hockey
