Re: Atlantic City Roll Call - 12 years ago
I'll be there on Saturday regardless of the results on Friday. I can't make the trip down from Ithaca on Friday in time to get to the game (damn you mandatory Friday morning class!).by jtn27 - Hockey

jtwcornell91 Aaron M. Griffin Cornell Sucks Harvard is going to kick the shit out of Cornell. Now, now, why are we all so dismissive of this erudite commenter? I'm sure that he has something that he can offer. Perhaps he would be kind enough to pick some fish up from the hahbah for all the Faithful. We all know that we will need them. Dafatone jtn27 Cornell Sucks Harvard is going to kick the shit out of Cornell. What an excellent discovery! I have found a rare Harvard fan. This endangered species rarely ventures out of its natural habitat in order to attend a sporting event. Similar to a beached whale, this one must have gotten lost in order to end up here at eLynah. jtn27 CowbellGuy JDeafv CowbellGuy You can expect that by next season. Really? Making promises to help with the Android App now!?!? I'm making promises for the iPhone app. Whatever you glom off it is between you and your god. Please glom everything off it. Johnny 5 I would also, regardless of what happens tonight, like to nominate Espo for the Ironman award. What an effort!! That was definitely a great performance by him last night. He must have been playing through considerable pain, but he still got 3 points. When he was helped off the ice, you could see on his face how much pain he was in, but he came back out about 5 minutes later andby jtn27 - Hockey
Re: Cornell 4 Dartmouth 3 Game 1 (Friday) Final (2OT) - 12 years ago
I'm pretty sure that Esposito's first goal was actually kicked in by a Dartmouth player, but it's hard to tell for sure in the video.by jtn27 - Hockey

jkahn nyc94 UMass out of TUC status, Yale in. Cornell's TUC record now 8-3-3. 12th in Pairwise (tied with Denver at 11, Denver has higher RPI). We're currently winning comparison against 3 teams above us in PWR and RPI, namely Michigan, Minnesota and Union. So having Yale a TUC and UMass not one can be the key to an NCAA berth. UMass is just barely out - they were still at .5001 after their lby jtn27 - Hockey
Re: Cornell-Dartmouth Game 1 (Friday) Pregame - 12 years ago
I fully expect a large fight to break out tonight near the end of the game (or tomorrow if Dartmouth wins tonight). Both teams were getting chippy last night, the refs didn't have much control, and there were a few minor skirmishes. Also, I can't imagine either team is happy that key players had to leave the ice at various times due to injury, even though they all returned eventually (Esposito, Mby jtn27 - Hockey

Jordan 04 Why do these analysts try to pick scores? Nobody does that in anything other than football, and that's simply for gambling entertainment purposes. Because you look like a genius if you get it right, but if you get it wrong you can just say "Well the odds weren't in my favor. Of course I got it wrong."by jtn27 - Hockey

That or they could get INCH to publish more than one thing a dayI guess I miss the correlation with Erin Andrews here... Erin Andrews is ESPN's top sideline "reporter" (I use that term loosely).
