I swear, my kids can do whatever the hell they want, just as long as it isn't illegal or rooting for the Red Sox. I'd rather have the works of Ann Coulter '84 foisted on me at Christmas.

Not if you do your research and go to a reputable piercer. Sure, some people get infected or have complications, but those are vastly due to ignorance in selecting your piercer and/or poor aftercare. It's like getting knocked up: really easy to get pregnant, but also really easy to not get pregnant.

I know, I know, crazy kids with their damn rock music...

By the way, I can't believe no one has anything to say about the DiPietro deal. Seriously? Islanders want to lock him up until he's 40? For $4.5 million a year? Although I guess after hiring your backup goalie as your GM, anything makes sense...

I don't agree that you can do meaningful "research". Hospitals and dentists have nightmares with disinfection and sterilization. Any unneeded puncture wounds are just that, unneeded.
