We looked much better in the last 6 minutes or so than we did in the first 14.  Controlled the puck in the offensive zone, forced WI to ice it.

Whew, we did make some way sloppy plays in front of our own net that could easily have lead to WI goals.  Some real heart stoppers (and some shouts of "What the hell?")

Phew! Wisconsin had the possesson clock in its favor, lots of good shots. Cornell had a couple opportunities. Good to have it scoreless after one, and we seemed stronger, or less overmatched, as the period went on.

First 10 minutes, we were lucky to escape with a tie. Last five minutes, they were. Even when our offense was sloppy our D was punishing and the defenders don't give up on any plays.

Still, I'd like to see a bit more effort trying to hit teammates on the stick. The passing has been, shall we say, errant... Some great play out of McKee.

Biggest upset of the day can't happen in hockey after Connecticut lost to George Mason. GMU in the Final Four is a bigger shocker than HC 4, Goofers 3.

During the pregame they showed the a goalie in a red and white sweater streching. The graphic said Bryan Elliott and covered the logo. My immediate thought was "Jason, you idiots!... Wait a second."  ::worry::
