.......sounds like the RED are all over the Knights.....sour grapes from the Clarkson announcers....
What are they whining about? They got away with two 5 minute majors at the end of the first.  ::screwy::
Yeah and I heard the red got away with a couple so.... ::screwy::
Moulson missed an entirely open net.
Did Moulon get the stick on his puck ... or was he alone in front of an empty net but the puck never reached him? My Webcast had a momentary, what would you call it, wardrobe malfunction?
and hes on the skills challenge?!
If there is a "miss an open net in a playoff game by as much as possible" challenge, he should be head and shoulders above the rest.

End of the 2nd.

I saw the puck moving back towards Moulson, and then Leggio wound up with the puck, so my guess is Moulson made contact with it, somehow.  Maybe it hit off his body or a skate.  It really was a 100% empty net -- Leggio was well off to the right side.

Rich, didn't you make it up to Ithaca for the game? Or you just going up Saturday like us? Ever hear of a sport called La Crosse? It might be worth driving up early to see how it's played right.

Remember to watch out for the joy buzzer.

It looked like he shot it, whiffed, and the puck took a weird bounce directly to Leggio's breadbasket.

I'm sure someone who was at the game can clarify it later.
Third Cornell breakaway where the wrong camera is live and the control room (am I presuming too much of CSTV?) is slow to switch. Cornell is over the Clarkson blue line before you can see the remnants of the breakaway.
I hope you're not presuming too much. We had a director and audio board back when I worked the corner camera covering High School hockey. And yeah, our director was much better than whoever is working this game.

Yes, am or was...planning to drive up tom'w but I just got a call that my mother in law was taken to the hospital here so I'm up in the air.

Thanks for the LAX tip.  I know the game a bit.  My brother played at IC in the 70s...and for Ned during the summers.

Doug Krantz giving a thoughtful intermission interview with decent sound bites. Nice line about Clarkson that wasn't something Clarkson could use on its bulletin board as ammunition: " ... we're trying to take advantage of a team that's young and not very good on the road."

Jeez, you sound like a more and more decent guy all the time. Good luck. Hope you can get up to Ithaca.

Hope she's okay, Rich.  Our prayers are with you.
