Probably for the first time since the games at BU, Cornell will not be favored going into tomorrow's game©©© I don't know about the rest of you but I'll personally feel less dread watching the game knowing that the team isn't "supposed"  to win and I wouldn't be surprised if that feeling allows the team to relax and better play their game tomorrow©   On the other hand, I know that I ¥and I bet a lot of fans and perhaps the players¤ will look back on this season as one of unfulfilled promise if they don't win tomorrow©© an ECAC title would have done the trick, but now the Final 4 is almost a must in my mind©

I don't mind being the underdog in this one, but i think we will give UNH a surprise because I think they may belive we are a lot slower and won't be up to their level of physical play. I watched on TV today as we totally crushed the "unmighty Quinn", and wish we could finish some of our opportunities a little better, but these guys are well focused and I believe I will be seeing a great game in person at the Centrum tomorrow. Last time I saw UNH play our beloved Big Red was inthe semis in the Gahden in 1979 and I was in a sea of UNH fans for that one. We lost, I think it was 5-1, but that was the ECAC tourney and not the NCAA's and they knew us better then, being in the same league.

Looks like Havard lost basically the same way they bested us at L-P (saw that one on the tube- I was there for Clarkson losing  and Cornell's domination of RIP -SWEEEEEEEEEEEEETTT!!!). And as a bonus, the Bear was in the Clarkson section- among their faithful, for the second period to have a good view of the Cornell attack on RIP's Marsters.

This will be like playing the fianls tomorrow to go against the number one ranked team.......................

              LET's GO BIG REDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!

Anyway, if Al's on tonight, I'll see ya tomorrow at the Centrum, I expect to be there for both days.

Chief, we missed you Saturday.  Will look for you Sunday.  Our seats are up in the balcony (332, 333) but we'll try to move down where oxygen isn't required.
